Welcome to California Park Association!
California Park, located on the east edge of Chico and nestled
against the Sierra / Cascade foothills is the finest planned
development in Chico. Sporting two private lakes with an area
over 60 acres and including numerous parks and miles of trails,
California Park is a great place to call home. With over 1,800
residential units, your association includes over 1,000 single
family dwellings plus 800 apartments.
Your association is governed by a board of directors elected from the membership, and professionally managed by Hignell, Inc. of Chico.
