Welcome to California Park Association ~ A great place to call home!
California Park is located on the east edge of Chico, California, nestled against the Sierra / Cascade foothills. It is a planned use community consisting of over 1,800 homes, condominiums, and apartments. The common areas include two private lakes with an area over 60 acres, a chain of ponds, numerous parks, and miles of trails. California Park is a great place to call home.
The Association is governed by a board of directors elected from the membership and professionally managed by The Hignell Companies of Chico, (530) 894-0404.
If you witness graffiti crimes, please report them to the Chico Police Department at (530) 898-2003. Then follow up by informing The Hignell Companies so they can clean it up ASAP.
